You have to pick a delivery month, this system is to allow preorders, make sure I don't accept too many orders in the same month and prioritize earlier weddings.
If you planned on receiving your order within a month that's already sold out, you can select an earlier one.
I make sure to ship orders at least a month in advance so there is ample time for your Cake Topper to arrive.

I will fully refund you if you wish to cancel within one month of purchase and/or at least 1 month prior to the delivery month you picked, past this time, I will refund you 50% of the price.Since
it is a custom product you can not return it. I'll send a mockup of the
3D sculpt, then you can make any change in the shape. I'll also send
pictures of the painted cake topper, then you can change the colors or
any painted details.
Couldn't load pickup availability
I am avidly obsessed with our wedding toppers. Allison did such an incredible job with the details down to the jewelry I was wearing and the little lace parts of my dress! She was sensitive and kind, and careful about keeping my dress hidden from my now husband (!!) and the toppers shipped so quickly from the finish date so I wasn't worried about having them in time for our day! So many of our guests also loved this little detail of our day and being able to have and display them after in our home is so special! I would highly highly recommend her to all acnh lovers!!
I stumbled across these beautiful Animal Crossing cape topper from a reddit thread originally. Initially I wasn't able to find the source but eventually found a thread where someone mentioned where they purchased it. I was so excited to see they still had openings for my wedding month and immediately asked my fiance if we can order one. I ordered it the moment he said yes.
The process was so smooth and the form is very detailed! Allison was very sweet and answered my many emails in a reasonable time! I made sure to give her all the details I wanted, and even asked her for recommendations - which she happily gave.
She will typically work on your order closer towards the date you said to receive it by. I'd say it literally took a week or so from when she first sent the 3D model, to painting, and then shipping it to California. After you give approval of the 3D model, she'll paint and send you what it looks like. She will even make changes if necessary at that step! Our was perfect, no changes needed. I was SO shocked how fast she worked!!
It was shipped with care, and I actually received it even BEFORE the date! I'm sooo happy and cannot wait to showcase it at our wedding this weekend. If you're a huge animal crossing fan - HIGHLY recommend purchasing this. You won't regret it!
Before I started wedding planning at all, I had this cake topper saved for the special day because I knew I definitely wanted to have it at my wedding. The design process was super easy and it came out exactly how I imagined. Shipping was also very quick despite it being an international delivery.
