You have to pick a delivery month, this system is to allow preorders, make sure I don't accept too many orders in the same month and prioritize earlier weddings.
If you planned on receiving your order within a month that's already sold out, you can select an earlier one.
I make sure to ship orders at least a month in advance so there is ample time for your Cake Topper to arrive.

I will fully refund you if you wish to cancel within one month of purchase and/or at least 1 month prior to the delivery month you picked, past this time, I will refund you 50% of the price.Since
it is a custom product you can not return it. I'll send a mockup of the
3D sculpt, then you can make any change in the shape. I'll also send
pictures of the painted cake topper, then you can change the colors or
any painted details.

The model is beautiful and exceeds expectations. Allison is clearly very skilled and thorough, and also kind! She gladly makes changes to ensure the customer is satisfied with the final product. There is room for improvement in communication; I struggled a few times to get in touch throughout the process. Overall, definitely recommend. Thank you very much Allison!

Excellent in every way! Allison made my vision come true in a way I've never thought would even come to life! I did not even have my dress personally yet before she made it yet it is perfect in every way! She put so much details, it even has my fiancé's heterochromia! Isn't that crazy? And the icing on top, the lantern. I'm so short for words to what to say. I'm so amazed. This is the most beautiful piece in my upcoming wedding, tied with my ACTUAL wedding dress! This will be a huge keepsake for my family forever! I will update with professional photos after the wedding!
Allison is amazing at her craft and a genuinely wonderful person to work with. She was very responsive to my questions and sent several updates as she worked on my topper. I sent her photos of our final outfits as we got closer to the wedding and was blown away by her attention to detail, even perfectly replicating the belt on my dress and the flower details on his tie. The topper shipped to me so fast! It arrived with perfect timing and was packaged so well to ensure that there was no damage during its trip. I cried when I finally saw the finished product in my hands. I can't wait to put this on our wedding cake on the day of and have this as a beautiful memento forever. I absolutely LOVE our cake topper! It got so many complements on our wedding day too. The characters look very similar to us, every detail was included. I had sent photos to Allison of my dress and my husband's kilt and she recommended a different hairstyle to match my curly hair more, which also got a lot of compliments from my wedding guests at how accurate it was.

Allison did such a great job at creating these custom cake toppers. All the details that were given to her were made accurately on the figurines. She took a while to get back to my message requesting for an update on progress, but it was understandable due to the demand of her craft. The item was delivered within a week (France to Singapore) and everything was intact! They are so cute and adorable and we've already received so many loving and kind words from friends and family that has seen it. I am so so excited to put this on my wedding cake. Thank you, Allison, for your craft!

The details were so thoughtful and she even added her style to my request for eyebrows which came out beautiful. I did order VERY much in advance (~7 months) to give her ample time and you should trust the process. Thank you again, Allison!!

This cake topper was well worth the wait and investment! Allison was very communicative, and is so incredibly talented, our dresses were very intricate and she nailed them perfectly! and with a wedding full of gamers our cake topper was a hit!! If you are on the fence about ordering one- DO IT! You will not regret it!!!!
The customer service was beyond amazing, the seller was very quick to respond, extremely patient, and very detailed in her work! There was a lot of rescheduling regarding my wedding but she was so kind and understanding about the new details that my fiancé and I wanted to add the topper, if I could give her 6 stars I would!!! Amazingly crafted am I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone! My fiancé and I are ecstatic to have her adorable and amazing work on our wedding cake!
This was better than anything we could have imagined. We have recieved so many compliments. It is now a wonderful keepsake to stay in the gameroom in our home!
The moment I saw the viral Twitter post "If we don't get married with an ACNH topper, I DONT WANT IT" I needed this topper. The search on etsy and found Allison. She is an amazing artist. The details that she was able to do, made my jaw dropped. My wedding day is 8/28 and I am so excited to show this topper off. Allison was able to get the details of my tattoos, and my glasses.
The only imperfection that I have noticed is paint on groom ear and neck, and even then it is not that noticeable. I cannot thank Allison enough for her time and talent!!!
