You'll need to pick a delivery month when ordering. This lets me take preorders, avoid overbooking any one month, and prioritise earlier weddings.

If the month you wanted is sold out, feel free to pick an earlier one. I always ship with plenty of time for your cake topper to arrive safely.

After ordering, and when you've gathered all the wedding details, head to the Cake Topper Customization page, which contains everything you need to customize your cake topper and upload pictures.

The characters are 3.5 inches / 9 cm tall. The base is an oval 3.5 in x 2 in / 9 cm x 5 cm. The Cake Toppers weigh about 4 oz / 100 grams in total, it's very light and won't require any support.

You'll receive a full refund if you cancel within one month of purchase, or at least one month before your chosen delivery month. After that point, cancellations are refunded at 50% of the price.

Because each cake topper is made to order, it can't be returned. To make sure you're happy with it, I'll send you a mockup of the 3D sculpt so you can request any changes to the shape, and then photos of the painted topper so you can adjust the colors or any painted details.
